When returning Eighteeth merchandise, we will ask for the invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. All returns must be accompanied by either the original or a verifiable copy of the invoice within 30 days of original purchase date. All return merchandise is subject to inspection.
Any merchandise returned to us in unacceptable condition will NOT be eligible for credit.
In the event that there is a quality issue, return and exchange is free.
16% restocking fee will be applied to all returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, if there is no quality issue._x005f When the return exceeds 30 days from the date of purchase, return and exchange is not applicable. Return will only be covered under warranty in this event.
