Return Policy

When returning merchandise, we will ask for the order number, invoice number, date of purchase, item number, quantity, and reason for return. All returns must be accompanied by either the original or a verifiable copy of the invoice within 30 days of the original purchase date. All return merchandise is subject to inspection. We will replace or repair defective items based on Manufacturers' policies. If the returned product is defective, no refund will be issued until this has been verified by the manufacturer in the form of a credit or exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If you use the prepaid shipping label, the money will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

Restocking Fee: A minimum restocking fee of 12% or more will be applied to all returns. For example, a 16% restocking fee will be applied to all returns about products of the Eighteeth.

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
