Phone Orders

To place an order by phone, call 631-637-4453, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Eastern Time). Our sales representatives will be available to assist with your Inquiries & orders.

Address Corrections

If the carrier is unable to deliver packages as addressed or if the address is incorrect, incomplete or invalid (given by the customer) additional charges will be added or billed to customer.

* Alta Dental Solution does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Hotels.

Shipping Information

We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delay may occur due to invalid address, public holidays and peak season etc. Your patience is highly appreciated. Free shipping is offered on order over 200 USD (only for U.S.-eligible delivery address. Note that some items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may not be eligible for FREE shipping.)

Return Policy

When returning merchandise, we will ask for the invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. All returns must be accompanied by either the original or a verifiable copy of the invoice within 30 days of original purchase date. All return merchandise is subject to inspection.

Any merchandise returned to us in unacceptable condition will NOT be eligible for credit. A minimum restocking fee of 12% or more will be applied to all returns over 30 days from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair defective items based on Manufacturers' policies. Dated items, refrigerated products and misused or abused Items will not be accepted for return.

Products returned as defective will not be credited until this has been verified by the manufacturer in the form of a credit or exchange.

Order Modification/Cancellation:

All online orders are processed within 24 hours of when they are placed, so you need to contact us within 24 hours via +1-631-637-4453 or products@altadentalsolution.com to make any changes to your order.

Pre-Sale

Pre-sale refers to products that are not available yet. The delivery time differs from the normal order fulfillment time. The delivery period for our pre-sale products is typically two months is contingent upon item production time and availability and is subject to potential changes. Unforeseen shipping delays may occur and are beyond our control.

All pre-sale products are selling at an unprecedented price in a limited period of time. Customers can place orders during the pre-sale season. But no more discount is applicable for pre-sale products.

A full amount of payment is required on pre-orders, and making a full payment makes you bound by the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale.

When the pre-sale period for that particular product ends, the pricing will return to the original selling price, and Alta Dental Solution will no longer accept pre-orders, our sales manager will email the customer to confirm the order information. Customers still have the chance to decide to keep or cancel the order during confirmation.

Once Alta Dental Solution gets the confirmation from customers, the order will move into the "production & preparation" stage, and all orders cannot be canceled or modified at this stage.

Once we have the products ready, the sales manager will email the customer the tracking # of their package.
